Patriot Missiles have been a popular kit in New Zealand. The photo on the left is the Public Missiles half-scale, moments after launch. This rocket was flown on an Aerotech K-550, and recovered successfully after a perfect flight. Gerry Munden, Director of Aerospace Education and the founder of High Powered Rocketry in NZ, can be seen in the centre photo with his arm lovingly wrapped around his baby! The photo on the right is Martin Gardner's Public Missiles quarter-scale, ready for liftoff on an I-154 Blackjack.
